API, CPU, GPU The difference between them? - Explain

For a few years or until the time the computing technology has improved, since then we have heard about many types of hardware, many computing terms. There are various types of hardware requirements to complete a computing device or computer machine; Just like the different characteristics of the children of the same father, the APU , the CPU , the
GPU have different functions on computers. They have some advantages and some disadvantages, when you know them well, you will understand exactly what computer is for you.

CPU

Most computer users today are familiar with the CPU name; But they just know the names, but many do not know what its work. Again, this is not just a big question, when you search online to build a new desktop, the term "dual core" " i3 core " " i7 core " will float in front of you. So the question is, what is the CPU or whose name is a micro processor ; Again it
is called Central Processing Unit .
Many people have been able to understand the name of "Central Processing Unit". That is, it is a tool that performs all major tasks of the computer. You are browsing the internet with computer, watching videos, editing photos, but what is the real work of computer? Process data / program; And this work only completes the central processing unit.
Imagine the account manager of a bank, if you need to withdraw your money and need to open a new account and you need to deposit the money, these processes are deposited in the cash counter or other counter only through the account manager.
Your computer's micro processor works just like the bank's account manager on the main system. This was a very common example of how the CPU works; Now try to know a few technical issues. Do not be afraid, it will be easy to explain.
You run many types of programs on the computer, right? But to run a program, the processor has to obey hundreds of thousands of commands.
Suppose you open an internet browser. Now the browser program must run the Internet, the CPU opens the Internet connection, and the processor helps to play different graphics or videos from the render of the browser page. A process that keeps millions of commands in a specific address and keeps track of how to run the program.
Again the programmer wrote a program that the CPU reads it, and then reducing the program runs the program. Suppose you own a computer with a transcendent processor and a Chinese person (program) wants to talk to you. So that Chinese person will tell you in Chinese language that your translator will make it understandable by translating it. A lot of computer processors work like this.
In addition, the processor accepts any input and generates an output, the processor writes the computer in the computer memory ( RAM ). Another important term for the processor is its clock. Processors are composed of millions of transistors, they can be called a switch - they do not have their work on and off, and this way they process the data. It is said to work on a clock bicycle once the switch is off once and off. Suppose a processor has a clock speeds of 2.8 GHz but the processor will have 2.8 billion clock cycles full in one second.

MANY CPU

Today most of the computers are seen using a processor and a processor has many core. Many processors have hyper-threading technology. Prior to the introduction of hyper-threading technology and multi-core processors, there is a need to add separate processors to increase the computer's ability to separate.
This means that there was a need for having multiple processor sockets on a motherboard. In addition to running multiple CPUs on the same system, the motherboard had different hardware requirements, which would connect the processor to RAM and connect with the rest of the system.
Having more than one processor on the previous computer, there was a problem in installing separate hardware on the motherboard and it consumed much more power. But today's problems are not seen in home computers. Heavy gaming PCs have multiple GPUs together; A single processor is enough to handle it.
Multiple CPUs can be found only on the server, super computers and high config computers.

HYPER THREADING TECHNOLOGY

Hyper threading technology is Intel's first parallel computing PC system. In 2002, when the first Intel Pentium 4 HT processor came in the market, we were first introduced to hyper-threading technology. The processor was a single-core processor, that means it only had the ability to do one thing at a time. But due to hyper-threading technology, the operating system could see two cores in that processor. It's a very important "note" with the operating system, but it also has significant importance.
The single-core processor seems to be virtual dual core in hyper-threading technology but it works like a physical dual core and gives more speed to your system. If a virtual core is suspended, the second virtual core can speed up the process with resources from the previous core.
This technology really increases the speed of your system, but still the processor is really good at getting multiple cores.
Fortunately today "Hyper Threading" is available as a bonus. Modern Intel processors have multiple physics cores and hyper-threading simultaneously. With your dual-core processor it can see and use operating system 4 in hyper-threading technology. Thus, the quad processor can see and use the operating system as 8 core. Dual-core processors with hyper threading can work faster than dual-core processors without hyper threading.

MULTI CORE CPU

Actually, the processor actually has a core, that is, a processor will have a processing unit in a processor. But in order to increase performance, the companies formed "multi-core" in a processor. The dual-core processor has two CPUs and the operating system can use both simultaneously;
As a result, it is possible to complete different processes at the same time.
It is not a hoax operating system like Hyper Threading Technology - dual-core processor means that two CPUs are physically fitted in a chip here.
Quad Core 4 CPUs and 8 central processing units are installed. When multiple central processing units are fitted in a single chip and it is controlled from a motherboard socket, computing performance increases surprisingly. Imagine if you need to put four separate processors on the motherboard in place of quad core processor, there must have been four sockets, and each cooling system needs to be used to make it cooler.
So your computer processor will have as many cores as your computer can complete the process at the same time. Even if you work with only one program at a time, the rest of the core can handle the background task, so your operating system will not be slow. So your computer processor does not have the importance of having multiple core CPUs. Many core processors are installed for the same purpose in smartphones , tablets etc.

GPU

The name of the important hardware that comes in front of the processor, " GPU ", whose full name is "
Graphics Processing Unit ". The name of this unit is going to give a lot of thought about the graphics in the computer. All the computer work will be completed by utilizing the processor; The PC's operating system will load, the program will be run, etc. But if your system does not have a GPU, then you can not connect to the monitor with your PC. GPU is not required for server computers, no monitors are installed, but all tasks are done using the command interface.
Moreover, those who make gaming;
GPU is used more than CPU in the game. GPUs like CPU can process input by receiving input and output it.
But it is designed to help in rendering graphics especially. Some GPUs have more transistors than the processors.
Today, most motherboards have build-in-intel graphics, but this is usually used for normal use or simple gaming. If you want to do high-end gaming or render videos, you will need to add a dedicated graphics card or unit.
We already know that the processor is basically a computer brain, specially designed to process all types of tasks.
But the graphics processing unit is ready for dedicated work and it completes the process that the processor once processed. Another specialty of GPU is that it can contain hundreds of cores and each core works in parallel together. In many points it has the ability to process more than the processor.
If you work with graphics or like playing video games, dedicated graphics processing units will help you increase your computer performance.
Suppose you are alone in your home and home decor, cleanliness, market, etc. All you have to do. Now suppose you decide to do a job, that is to market and take care of cleanliness, but at that time you will be able to do your separate work comfortably. The GPU's role in your system is much like this.
GPU is of different sizes in different ways. Most graphics processing units are a separate hardware that has its own cooling system and adds to your PCI-Express. Again, some GPU comes with integrated graphics chips - which are fitted with your motherboard to build in. How many cores will be in a GPU depends on its manufacturer.
Nvidia's graphics cards have more power than few chips, but AMD graphics cards have more cores to increase performance. Nvidia's high and graphics cards are up to 68 cores where AMD cards have ~ 1,500 cores.
In another article, you can read more about the mobile phone graphics processing unit .

Apu

At that time you have got clear idea about the CPU and the GPU. Now it will be easier to get an idea about the API; Its full name is Accelerated Processing Unit and it is a chip where CPU and GPU are mixed together. The biggest advantage of this is that there is a central processing unit and graphics processing unit on the same chip, because they have the power to make more fast connections between each other.
If you are a general user, suppose you are doing general or personal video or editing photos or doing minor gaming, at that stage, the API can give you a better performance. But if your demand is high, the API will not be able to meet your needs. Especially in the use of the API mobile device, laptop and lower-end desktop.

Last word

If you are a basic computing user, you can apply a thin thin GPU with a normal CPU, absolutely basic users do not need a GPU. The motherboard will work with the default graphics. Or you can put CPU / GPU Mixed APU if you want. But if you have a lot of graphics, the API is out of the question; Powerful CPU with your powerful CPU will be needed.
So if you need to upgrade your PC;
