After logging in, click the Admin button from the Dashboard and then click on the "All Filters" button and right click on the "ADD FILTER" button.

Now that the page will open, you name the "Filter Name" as the "Filter" type as "Predefined", then select "Exclude" in the option "Traffic from the IP Address" and then select "that are equal" in the option and IP address option. Place your IP address.
